The Workload service

These Terms of Service govern your organization's use of Workload (https://workload.ai), reachable at hello@workload.ai. Workload helps teams run customer-facing workflows from their approved company knowledge—curated facts, policies, and reference answers—while keeping a person in control of every external action. In our currently supported Gmail workflow, Workload reads incoming inquiries in a connected mailbox, prepares a draft reply grounded in approved business facts inside Workload's review console, and sends the message only after an authorized person on your team reviews, edits, or approves it.

02

Review and customer responsibilities

  • Account authority and review: Your organization is responsible for having authority to connect its mailboxes, designating authorized reviewers and administrators, and reviewing outgoing messages before approving them to be sent.
  • Review display: The review screen shows the draft reply alongside the conversation context retained for that thread, and clearly indicates whenever message text has been shortened, reformatted, or omitted (such as attachments or earlier thread history).
  • Acceptable use and regulated data: You may not use Workload to send unsolicited bulk email, deceptive content, or unlawful material, or attempt to bypass workspace security controls. You must not connect mailboxes containing HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) or submit PHI unless a written Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is signed by both parties first.
03

Data retention, export, and deletion

Retained workspace data is kept until removed upon a verified administrator request to hello@workload.ai or under a written workspace agreement, as described in our Privacy Policy (/privacy). Because automated multi-store export and deletion tools are still in development, verified administrator export and deletion requests today are handled manually using available operator procedures (excluding credentials), and we report what was exported or removed along with any stores, backups, or provider copies that remain pending. Specific commitments in a signed workspace agreement apply once that workspace's onboarding requirements are in place.

04

Disclaimers, liability, and contact

Except as stated in a signed written agreement, Workload is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, and each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by your organization to Workload in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Questions or administrator requests may be sent to hello@workload.ai.
