AI agents take the busywork in finance, sales, support, ops and HR. Revenue grows. The workload doesn't.
Our team sets up AI agents inside the software you already run and keeps them running. They take the repetitive work, your people approve what matters, and the first agents go live in 90 days.
Agents draft. Your people decide.
Anything that matters lands in one queue. Approve it, edit it, reject it, or send it back with a note. Try it: the keys work.
It reads the inbox, matches the payouts, and drafts the reply, with its sources attached.
Nothing that can't be undone happens until someone on your team signs off.
Proposals, decisions and actions go into an append-only ledger. Each entry carries the hash of the one before it.
Answer 12 order-status tickets
Four layers, one of them human.
Agents take the volume. Your people keep the judgment, the relationships, and the credit.
- Layer 4 · The ledger
Every step is written down.
Each proposal, decision and action goes into an append-only log you can export for auditors.
A ledger you can check
Each entry carries the hash of the one before it, so an edited or deleted record breaks the chain. Export it for your auditors.
- Layer 3 · People decide
Judgment stays with your team.
Anything that matters waits for a person, including anything that can't be undone.
What you approve is what runs
Your sign-off locks the exact version you saw. If the draft changes after you approve it, it doesn't go out.
- Layer 2 · Agents draft
Agents take the volume.
They triage tickets, match payouts, route leads and draft replies around the clock.
Updates are tested first
A new model or behaviour ships only after it passes evals. Work already running finishes on the version it started with.
- Layer 1 · Your tools
No new tools to roll out.
Agents work inside the apps your team already uses, so your team keeps working where it works today.
Your content stays in your workspace
Drafts, sources and the agent's reasoning stay in your workspace. Our shared systems only see ids and statuses.
Audit, build, run. Live by day 90.
Audit
We map where your team's hours go and pick the workflows with the biggest payoff as you grow.
Build
We build agents on your existing stack and test them with your team, with approval steps wherever judgment matters.
Run
Your first agents go live by day 90. We run, monitor and improve them, with a weekly report on the work handled.
An agent for every team that's growing faster than its headcount.
Questions founders ask first
Anything else, bring it to the strategy call.
Will agents replace people on my team?
No. Agents take on the repetitive volume that comes with growth. Your people keep the decisions, the customer relationships, and the final say on anything that matters.
What happens in the first 90 days?
In weeks 1–2 we audit where your team's time goes. In weeks 3–12 we build and test agents on your tools with your team. By day 90 your first agents are live, and you get a weekly report on what they handle. We price it once the audit shows the work, and agent spend stays under caps you set.
Do we need to change tools?
No. Agents work in the apps you already use, like Slack, Gmail, HubSpot, and QuickBooks.
Can agent costs run away?
No. Every run has a token cap and every workspace has a daily cap. If daily spend passes three times its recent average, we're alerted. At your hard limit, non-critical work pauses and we're paged.
Where does our data live?
In a cloud environment we run, with your data walled off from every other client's. If your policies require your own cloud account, raise it on the strategy call. Every agent action is logged. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time, and your agreement sets how long backups and audit records are kept.
